Pay mind

Is this quote a full thought? I think there’s a second half to it. In our world it’s so easy to be individual, so don’t misunderstand what this quote is saying.
Often, we live our individual lives alongside everyone else living their individual lives. We sometimes intentionally, and sometimes unintentionally, isolate ourselves. Head down. Worry about myself. It’s all up to me to fix “this”.

Part 1: Pay mind and seek whole health and healing.

Because that makes you strong, not weak. And needing a hand up makes you normal, not broken or failing.

But, Part 2: Don’t go it alone.
